"Badness"
formed in July 1994 and quickly became one of the top Madness tribute bands and
ska/two-tone revival bands in the country.
The
six piece group, of course featuring the iconic trumpet and saxophone, deliver
an energetic show with a frontman who never fails to whip the audience into
shape. Playing classic Madness, Bad Manners and The Specials, Badness have
undertaken overseas tours of Israel, Germany and Spain amongst others, and have
played every town and city in the UK (well almost!), building up a cult
following and regularly selling out venues across the country.
The
Stage says: “There aren’t many tribute bands better than Badness. Their lead
Suggs is perfect and the whole band musically tight, loud and all great
musicians. They do ska, Bad Manners et al too, as well as the nutty boys, so
have an extensive range of material they can call on.
Whatever they choose to perform is fine by me - they’re fantastic
and a benchmark to other tributes.” - Stage Magazine
